Description

Site work and paving for a civil project in Richfield, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.

The work, in general, will include the approximate quantities and items listed below: 46,500 SY Pulverize Existing Pavement 3,300 SY Asphalt Pavement Milling 3,300 CY Base Patching Removal 6,600 TN CABC Base Patching Backfill 13,320 TN Hot Mix Asphalt Pavement 4,085 TN Imported Recycled Asphalt Shoulder 465 LF Drain Tile 430 LF Guard Rail Replacement Traffic Control. The proposals shall be submitted on the forms furnished with the specifications. Each proposal shall be accompanied by a bid bond of a bonding company duly authorized to do business in the State of Wisconsin in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the proposal. This proposal guarantee shall be subject to forfeiture as provided by law. All official notifications, addenda, and other Bidding Documents will be offered only through the designated website. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the designated website. Proposals shall not be withdrawn for a period of 45 days after the date of opening. The Village of Richfield reserves the right to reject any or all of the proposals and to waive any informalities therein.
