SUNY Cortland's Department of Facilities Planning Design and Construction is requesting proposals to provide a feasibility study for the construction of new townhouse apartments as well as program study for the future use of SUNY Cortland's existing West Campus Apartments and Leadership House. The selected consultant will coordinate and integrate this study with the Facilities Master Plan and Clean Energy Master Plan currently underway with the State University Construction Fund, as well as the 2017 Residence Hall Market Analysis. Submission from licensed, NYS firms together with consultants' compensation and liability insurance coverage in the amount and types required by the RFQ.
