For HMA Overlays and Paving For placing Hot Mix Asphalt at various locations identified on the attached bid sheets. Items and construction practices must meet the MDOT 2020 Standard Specifications for Construction. All work to be completed as soon as possible but not later than the completion dates noted on the project bid sheets. This is a four (4) page document. For bidding purposes, please complete pages 2-4 and submit in a sealed envelope marked HMA Overlays and Paving. The Osceola County Road Commission reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, in whole or in part; to waive irregularities or informalities; and to award bids, in whole or in part, as deemed to be in the best interest of the Osceola County Road Commission.
