**As of January 23, 2024, No award, project will be awarded on February 15, 2024** The Osceola County Road Commission is requesting Bids for the construction of Mackinaw Trail & 20 Mile Road Overhead Flashing Beacon The Project includes the construction of a flashing beacon with controller and cabinet, span wire, 30' wood pole and all related work. Bids will be accepted only from Plan Holders of Record. In order to be a Plan Holder of Record Bidding Documents must be obtained from the Issuing Office. The date that the Bidding Documents are transmitted by the Issuing Office will be considered the Bidder's date of receipt of the Bidding Documents. Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda delivered to all registered Plan Holders. Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered Question Deadline 01/11/2024 Owner will not be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office. A pre-bid conference will not be held. For all further requirements regarding bid submittal, qualifications, procedures, and contract award, refer to the Instructions to Bidders that are included in the Bidding Documents. The Osceola County Road Commission reserves the right to accept any bid, reject any or all bids, to waive informalities and make the award in any manner deemed in the best interest of the Osceola County Road Commission.
