Site work and paving for a road / highway in Winston Salem, North Carolina. Conceptual plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.

The City of Winston-Salem has determined that it is necessary to repair a segment of Lowery Street between the Salem Parkway access ramp east to Miami Avenue. This road was designed for residential uses and now serves industrial businesses. Lowery Street receives approximately 3,000 vehicles per day (2019 data) when open. The project will require the upgrading of Lowery Street to accommodate industrial traffic, surveying, roadway and shoulder repair, and pipe culvert repair or replacement. The selected consultant will propose improvement options for the city to evaluate. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time
