Site work and paving for a road / highway in Clinton, Iowa. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
This project involves routing, cleaning, and sealing various asphalt streets with hot pour crack fill per Iowa SUDAS standard specifications. Traffic control and pollution control are incidental to the project. The project shall be awarded on a single lump sum basis for all work included within the project as shown on the attached street map. The engineer's estimate of probable cost is $80,000. Question Cuttoff Date & Time 2/14/2023 03:00:00 PM (ET). Contract Completion Dates The above work shall be commenced as soon as possible after the contract and bond have been approved by the City Attorney and have been signed by the Mayor and City Clerk. The notice to proceed for this project shall be issued by June 1, 2023. The early start date for this project shall be June 5, 2023. The late start date for this project shall be October 1, 2023. There are forty (40) working days on this project for final completion of the project, which includes completion of all contracted items. Liquidated damages shall be per Special Conditions
