he City of Miami Beach Public Works Department requires a storage solution to replace the current antiquated system. In 2020 the Public Works Department purchased Vidmar 4K Stak System products to use space and safely store heavy loads efficiently (see Appendix D). The 4K Vidmar Stak system is pallet based and utilizes a handling device to store or retrieve loads eliminating the need for forklifts and, thus, manpower and space to maneuver the forklifts throughout the Public Works warehouse floors. The City is seeking bids from qualified vendors to establish a contract to purchase, deliver, and install Vidmar System products as needed on a time and materials basis. Contract duration: 3 years Q & A deadline: Mar 01, 2023 5:00:00 PM EST
