Site work for a golf course in Miami Beach, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a golf course.
This ITQ seeks quotes for qualified contractors to provide golf course renovation services at the Normandy Shores Golf Club Course, in Miami Beach, Florida. The project will include the renovation and expansion of select course and driving range tees. The project will generally consist of the removal of existing tee sod, earthwork and hauling native soil to the driving range tee box extension areas, shaping and extending, laser leveling, and re- sodding the driving range tee box and select tees. The import of additional topsoil for tee extensions may be required. Over time tee complexes have become uneven as a result of wear and tear (divots). Unleveled teeing grounds are detrimental to the customer and result in unacceptable playing conditions. The Miami Beach Golf Club tees are currently over ten years old and have played over 450,000 rounds. City departments may, but are not required to, utilize the results of this ITQ to acquire the referenced service. Award of ITQ does not grant the successful Bidder(s) exclusive rights or any guarantee of work to provide the services. The maximum expenditure allowed under this ITQ is limited to $100,000.
