PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The Iron Mountain VAMC is seeking a general contractor to furnish all labor, tools, material, equipment, and supervision for the Expand Pharmacy & Radiology construction project at the Iron Mountain VAMC. This project shall include, but not be limited to general construction, demolition and removal of existing structures for the Expand Pharmacy & Radiology construction project consistent with provided Drawings and Specification. The project includes an addition to the main hospital (Building 1) to provide additional space for a permanent MRI, expansion of Pharmacy and Police, and other space for support functions. The addition will provide approximately 9,500 GSF of new space, and 4,000 GSF of renovated space on the basement and first floors. Work further includes architectural, structural, fire protection, HVAC, plumbing, electrical and earthwork. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
