Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Iron Mountain, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; for paving for a playground / park / athletic field; road / highway; road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
Estimated construction cost is $500,000 . Dickinson County is accepting bids from contractors for constructing concrete footings and foundation walls for a new restroom and shower facility at Lake Antoine Park. The work includes installation of 170 lineal feet of poured 8" foundation wall with concrete footing, 100 lineal feet of poured 12" foundation wall with concrete footing, nine (9) poured concrete pier foundations, 150 lineal feet of poured 6" interior wall curb, steel reinforcement, anchor bolts, and coordination with the County and other contractors for utility penetration locations. The County will be responsible for excavation, backfill and all concrete flatwork (including concrete floors, sidewalks and parking lot).
