Completed plans call for the addition of a medical facility; for the demolition of a medical facility; for the renovation of a 4,000-square-foot medical facility; and for site work for a medical facility.
585-26-4-337-0003 The contractor shall provide all tools, equipment, materials, labor, supervision, and personnel necessary to complete the Expand Pharmacy and Radiology Minor Construction project in accordance with the attached specifications and drawings. The work includes all construction activities required to expand existing pharmacy and radiology functions to support improved medical services at the facility. The project is competed as a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business set-aside in accordance with 38 U.S.C. 8127. The magnitude of construction is between $10,000,000 and $20,000,000. The contractor is required to comply with all solicitation requirements, attend the organized site visit as outlined in the site visit instructions, complete the required entity identifier on Standard Form 1442, and attend any post-award conference convened by the contracting activity. Location: Oscar G. Johnson VA Medical Center, 325 East H Street, Iron Mountain, MI 49801 Questions of a technical nature must be submitted by prospective offerors via e-mail to: Dawn Schydzik at Dawn.Schydzik@va.gov and William Henkel at William.Henkel@va.gov. The subject line of each e-mail must read: EXPAND PHARMACY AND RADIOLOGY - MINOR CONSTRUCTION AT IRON MOUNTAIN VAMC - TECHNICAL QUESTIONS. Oral questions of a technical nature are not acceptable due to the possibility of misunderstanding or misinterpretation. THE CUT-OFF DATE AND TIME FOR RECEIPT OF QUESTIONS IS MAY 14, 2026, at 1:00PM EST. The magnitude of construction is between $10,000,000 and $20,000,000. The Contractor shall begin performance within 10 calendar days and complete it within 610 calendar days. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
