Renovation of a mixed-use development in Iron Mountain, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 2,725-square-foot educational facility.
Minimum Specifications: Izzo-Mariucci Commons Lunchroom Remove approximately 1,250 sqft of drywall form the "gold" soffit system. Add a 4" drywall soffit reveal to the outside perimeter edge of the soffit to allow room for the new acoustical ceiling system. Paint new drywall soffit reveal and vertical surface of the existing soffit to match. Install a new acoustical ceiling grid and tile in the area where the drywall ceiling was removed. 1st floor Izzo-Mariucci Commons Boys and Girls Bathrooms Remove approximately 475 sqft of drywall from the existing ceiling. Install a new acoustical ceiling grid and tile in the area where the drywall ceiling was removed. 2 nd floor Izzo-Mariucci Building Boys and Girls Bathroom/Locker Room Remove approximately 1,000 sqft of drywall from the existing ceiling. Install a new acoustical ceiling grid and tile in the area where the drywall ceiling was removed. The bid shall be accompanied by a sworn and notarized statement disclosing any familial relationship that exists between the owner or any employee of the bidder and any member of the Board or the Superintendent of the District. A Board shall not accept a bid that does not included this sworn and notarized disclosure statement. This Board reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids.
