Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Iron Mountain, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
The City of Iron Mountain is seeking bids for the construction of the 2021 MDNR Trust Fund Development Grant #TF21-0113: Pewabic Hill Mountain Bike Trail System Project that includes the following major items of work. Creation of a mountain bike trail system, aggregate parking lot, boardwalk trail and other related items. Question Deadline 03/11/2024 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda delivered to all parties recorded as having received the Bidding Documents. Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. The City of Iron Mountain reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids at its discretion. No bid shall be accepted unless accompanied by a bid security payable to the City of Iron Mountain in an amount not less than 5% of the base bid. State or Federal funds are being used to assist in construction and relevant State or Federal requirements will apply. Prevailing wage rates will not be required for this project.
