The City of Iron Mountain reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, waive Irregularities or accept the bid most advantageous to the city. SCOPE OF WORK TO BE DONE AT CEMETERY: 1. Cut down 15 trees and Grind tree stumps and roots if needed a Min. of 3" below ground level. Make flat to ground outside of the roots of the stump. 2. Remove all trees, branches, chips and debris. 3. The topsoil, seed will be done by the public works department. INSURANCE The Contractor shall provide the City of Iron mountain with the flowing evidence of Insurance before any commencement of work.
