For Bodie / Mono Septic Pumping and Disposal The term of this contract, if awarded, shall commence on April 3, 2023 and terminateon December 31, 2024 Small Business Preference: A five percent preference may be claimed on the Bid Form by service firms prequalified as a Certified Small Business or a Certified Microbusiness, or to a non-small business ! subcontracting 25% or more of the total monetary amount of the bid in supplies and/or labor costs with | Certified Small Business subcontractors in accordance with Title 2, Section 1896 of the California Code of : Regulations. All bidders whose price exceeds $10,000 shall meet Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise (DVBE) : participation requirements as set forth in the enclosed DVBE Notice.
