Renovation of a municipal facility in Eau Galle, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
As of 03/09/2023 No start date. The work, in general, will include the following four (4) packages of work: (lump sum bids) Bid Package "A": A General Contractor's bid for all site work, PEMB Erected, building construction, and all project building trades coordination. Bid Package "B": A HVAC Contractor's bid for all HVAC work and coordination with the General Contractor. Bid Package "C": A Plumbing Contractor's bid for all building plumbing, exterior plumbing, and utility work including septic & well installation. Bid Package "D": A Electrical Contractor's bid for all building electric, exterior electric and utility work associated with the project, including temporary service. Please make your check payable to and send it to: Auth Consulting & Associates, Inc., 406 Technology Drive East, Suite A Menomonie, WI 54751. Prequalification of Bidders may be required. Proposals shall not be withdrawn for a period of 45 days after the date of opening. The Town of Eau Galle of Dunn County reserves the right to reject any or all of the proposals and to waive any informalities therein.
