Site work and paving for a road / highway in Farmington, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The Town of Farmington is seeking proposals for a qualified contractor to provide Hot Mixed Asphalt Paving services. Proposals are request for the following Town of Farmington, Washington County, WI roads, Pulverize and Repave The scope of work will include a full depth pulverize of the existing pavement, grading, compaction and repaving of 2" hot mix binder asphalt and finished with 2" hot mix surface asphalt material. 1. Scenic Dr- from eastern ROW edge of Forest View Rd extending 2,300 ft east (to first curve east of Forest view) 2. Fillmore Rd- From northern ROW of HWY H extending north to Pioneer Rd. (existing new pavement edge) Asphalt Overlay Roads The scope of work will include a minimum 3/4 inch thick pavement surface shim (hot mix wedge), topped with 2 1/4 in. of surface hot mix asphalt overlay with tack coat. Proposal should include all mill/wedges required to match existing driveways and/or cross road pavements. 1. Scenic Dr- from eastern ROW edge of Forest View Rd extending 2,300 ft east (to first curve east of Forest View) 2. Lakeview Rd. - from eastern property line of 1389 Lakeview Rd to eastern property line of 1275 Lakeview Rd. 3. Fillmore Rd- From northern ROW of HWY H extending north to Pioneer Rd. (existing new pavement edge)
