Prospective Bidders Must Be on the Plan Holders List Through online for Bids to Be Accepted. Robert E. Lee & Associates, Inc., Requires Bidders to Prequalify 5 Calendar Days Prior to Bid Opening. No Bidder May Withdraw His Bid Within 60 Days After the Actual Date of the Opening Thereof. Est. Value: $ 230,000.00 Est. Completion Date: Sept. 30, 2025 Pre-Qualification: Yes The contents of this questionnaire will be considered confidential. It shall be completely filled out and must be received by the official responsible for receiving bids not less than five (5) days before the scheduled date of opening bids.
