City of Bellingham Request for Qualifications for Consultant Services Bid #18B-2023 Re-Roof and Solar Panel Projects The City invites all interested parties to submit their qualifications for Architectural, Engineering, and all necessary consultant services for this project. Disadvantaged, minority and women-owned consultant firms are encouraged to respond. The Consultant performing the work is expected to provide services including, but not limited to: construction drawings and specifications, cost estimates, and permit applications, as well as all other project requirements. The existing roofs at five city facility locations are ready for new roofs and, where applicable, new solar panel installation and energy collection.
