WIC is in need of an on call handy man/building maintenance company. The contracted person would be required to commit to services at our 7, soon to be 8, WIC offices in Franklin County. The services would include, but would not be limited to, hanging bulletin boards, hanging window blinds, repairing drywall and painting and replacing lights. This person would be contacted on an as needed basis and would be required to schedule maintenance within 72hrs of the initial call. The contractor and WIC would agree on a mutually agreed price and would need a signed contract along with liability insurance and workers compensation forms. The contract would run from 2/1/2023 9/30/2023 with the option to renew for 1yr. We estimate 2-3 calls per month but it could be more or less depending on need.
