Timeline: 30 consecutive days to Substantial Completion Date from Notice to Proceed 60 consecutive days to Completion Date from Notice to Proceed Franklin County Department of Sanitary Engineering is installing 11 hydrants including watch valves in their water distribution system in the Timberlake Subdivision in Orient, OH. Franklin County Department of Sanitary Engineering will provide hydrants, watch valves, and appurtenances for the project to reduce lead time for the items. Additionally, the project includes the addition of one (1) isolation valve on an existing water line. Roadway restoration will include full-depth replacement at Hydrant 11 on Pheasant Drive.
