Site work and new construction of a playground / park / athletic field in Nicholasville, Kentucky. Completed plans call for the construction of a playground / park / athletic field; and for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.

This RFP should not be construed as a commitment on City of Nicholasvilles part to obtain any Services from any vendor or to fully implement this project. At any time, the City of Nicholasville (The City) may terminate or modify this RFP and request revised proposals from respondents. The City may reject any or all proposals at its sole discretion. All expenses associated with providing the information requested in this RFP are borne solely by the respondents to this document. The City assumes no legal or financial responsibilities for such expenses. The following description outlines the scope of work for the project. 1. Men and Womens Restroom facility to include (a) Furnish and install all materials, labor and Equipment necessary for the Construction of the Lake Mingo Park Restroom Building Project at 216 Lakeview Drive, Nicholasville, Ky 40356 2. (b) All bidders must schedule a visit to Construction Site prior to submittal of bid. Contact Pauline Horsley, Purchasing Agent at (859) 519-655. Work to begin once RFP has been awarded Technical questions may be directed to: Doug Blackford, Director of General Government 859-885-1121 extension 251 The City of Nicholasville reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to waive any minor informality in proposals received.
