Site work for a water / sewer project in Lake Arthur, New Mexico. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
A. Work of the project includes, but is not necessarily limited to the rehabilitation of the retention pond retaining wall for the Village of Lake Arthur: Furnish all labor, equipment and material to construct new CMU block retaining wall or geocell reinforced slopes along the perimeter of the existing retention ponds. B. Owner in accordance with Conditions of Contract. C. Location: Work under this contract is located within the Village of Lake Arthur, Chaves County, New Mexico. Question Deadline 04/24/2025 at 5:00 PM MT Submit all the questions to Engineer of Record, Ramses Ortega (ramses.ortega@stantec.com), Stantec c/o Deanna Mascarenas, Senior Project Coordinator, deanna.mascarenas@stantec.com. The Project, of which the Work under the Contract Documents is a part, is generally described as follows: Furnish all labor, equipment and material to construct new CMU block retaining wall or geocell reinforced slopes as shown in these drawings as indicated on the location map, for the Town of Lake Arthur. Until the final award by the Council of the Town of Lake Arthur, the Town reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids, to waive technicalities, to re-advertise, to proceed otherwise when in the best interest of the Town.
