Project: The Town of Lake Arthur will plan, design and construct water system improvements to: the Alley W. of Nevada 5th St. to 8th St.; 7th St. alley W. of Nevada to Oklahoma Ave.; Oklahoma Ave. Alley W. of Nevada to Oklahoma Ave.; 5th St. Alley W of Maine St. to Oklahoma Ave; Alley W of Maine St. 5th St. to 6th St.; 6th St. Alley W of Maine to Maine St.; Maine St. 6th St. to 11th St. (Latitude 32.999326; Longitude -104.365196). Improvements consist of approximately: 44 8 water valve and valve box; 6100 LF 8 HDPE waterline; 66 lateral; 13 fire hydrants; 15 tie into existing line; 800 sy roadway patching; staking by contractor; testing allowance; mobilization and other related items with the project. This Project is funded in whole or in part by a grant from the state of New Mexico Small Cities' Community Development Block Grant Program and is subject to requirements of the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development and the funding agency.
