Renovation of a municipal facility in Lancaster, New Hampshire. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Approximate project cost is $200,000. Metal Roofing Replacements North Country Resources Center Lancaster, NH Anticipated Start Date: April 12, 2023 Completion Date: No later than August 31, 2023 The intent of the contract is to provide the State with new metal roofs on the 2 pole barns at the North Country Resources Center in Lancaster NH. The roof shall be watertight and completely finished. The following work items give a generalsummary of the extent of the work but are not intended to be a complete itemization of the work Repoint Brick masonry chimney from roofline up. Replace all lead flashing and counter flashing. Install stainless steel chimney cap. Strip and dispose of all existing aluminum metal roof panels where indicated on the plans. Patch and repair deteriorated 2x4 wood purlins if necessary Replace the fascia, trim and rake boards if necessary Install high temperature metal roof membrane underlayment on areas indicated inthe plans. Install drip edges. Install MBCI 7.2 Metal Roofing Panels or approved equal
