County : Coos Scope of Work: ARPA Coos County Courthouse Concrete Plaza and Parking Lot Improvements Proposal Guarantee: 5% of bid amount The project consists of the reconstruction of the plaza and parking lots of the Coos County Courthouse in Lancaster, New Hampshire. The work includes: 1) the rehabilitation of the concrete plaza, perimeter drive, main access drive, and rear parking lot; 2) rehabilitation of the visitor parking lot; 3)rehabilitation of the staff parking lot; 4) removal and replacement of the parking lot drainage system.
