Individual construction project costs have a range between $1,000 and up to $99,000. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. The bid documents are available at PlanetBids. Experienced firms interested in being considered for inclusion in this selection must submit a Statement of Qualifications for Proposal as set forth in this Request for Proposal (RFP), which defines the services sought by the District and generally outlines the requirements for submittal. The contractor selected will be based on qualifications, pricing and the right fit for the District. The District anticipates that it will require a broad range of construction oncall services for facilities, maintenance and operations, as well as for deferred maintenance projects, in connection with projects identified in its Facilities Capital Improvement Program, Measure O Bond Program and nonbond projects in support of the Facilities Master Planning efforts, including but not limited to: repair of buildings; renovations of buildings and site facilities; modifications, relocations, repair of utilities and infrastructure; and a variety of small and large projects on all of its educational school sites.
