Site work for a water / sewer project in Fort Scott, Kansas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
**As of April 05, 2023, project was awarded, no start date and end date yet.** The project generally consists of sanitary sewer line replacements of 2,440 LF by open cut and 75 LF by pipe bursting, 28 manhole replacements, 3,463 LF CIPP lining, 55 VF of manhole lining, along with reconnecting 58 service taps. Project is funded through the CDBG Program The owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids. Each bidder must deposit with their bid, security in the amount, form and subject to the conditions provided in the Information for Bidders. Attention of bidders is particularly called to the requirements as to conditions of employment to be observed and Federal prevailing wage rates to be paid under the contract, Section 3 of the 1968 Housing Act, Segregated Facility, Section 109 of the 1984 Housing and Community Development Act and Executive Order 11246, and the Civil Rights Act of 1964. No bidder may withdraw their bid within 30 days after the actual date of the opening thereof.
