For Cut Bank High School Addition Project consists of an addition to the southwest corner of the school property to house a weight room and an exit vestibule. All Bids must be on a lump sum basis; segregated Bids will not be accepted. Project construction to be started and completed prior to November 1, 2023. Project work can begin during the school year but must be coordinated with the District. Bids shall be submitted on the form provided with the Project Manual. Bid Security in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the Bid must accompany each Bid in accordance with the In-structions to Bidders. The Contractor shall comply with all fair labor practices and shall meet the requirements of Montana Prevailing Wage rates and Montana Gross Re-ceipts Tax. A Bid Bond for ten percent (10%) of the bid, and a Performance Bond for one hundred percent (100%) of the bid will be required. No Bidder may withdraw their Bid for at least thirty (30) days after the scheduled time for receipt of Bids ex-cept as noted in the Instruction to Bid-ders. The Project will be awarded to the low-est responsible bidder.
