The Wyoming County Commission is in the process of obtaining qualifications from engineering and/or architectural firms. The selected firm(s) will be procured for the repair and/or replacement of all exterior steps at the courthouse complex to meet ADA Compliance. Professional services for the activity funded include; (1) Construction design in accordance with all State, Federal, and Local regulations that pertain to the proposed project; (2) Preparation of bidding and contracting documents; (3) Participation in the evaluation of bids received; (4) Monitor and inspect construction activities on a periodic basis to insure compliance with plans and specifications; (5) SHPO coordination and compliance; (6) Preparation and delivery of final "As Built" drawings in digital format. Procurement of said services shall be in accordance with West Virginia Code Chapter 5G and 2 CFR Part 200. Consultants interested in being considered for this project must submit a proposal detailing qualifications, technical expertise, management and staffing capabilities and related prior experience.
