The County of Santa Clara (the "County") is requesting bids from vendors to provide Humidifiers Inspection, Maintenance, Repair, and Operation Services for the County of Santa Clara's Valley Medical Center (SCVMC) as specified under this Invitation to Bids (ITB). Bidder(s) must comply with the County's Vaccination Requirements and Health Orders and must submit the required documents during the course of the solicitation and award process, for: a) non-mandatory onsite conferences, site visits, or product demonstrations held onsite, if applicable, at County premises, should Bidder(s) choose to participate. b) the selected Contractor, upon notification of an intent to award, if applicable and per County's sole determination. Please refer to the "County of Santa Clara COVID-19 Requirements and Contractor Certification of Compliance" form as attached in Periscope Holdings. This ITB may result in a three (3) year contract with two (2) one-year extensions. The quantities indicated are estimates and based on County's estimated annual usage. The County, however, does not and cannot guarantee the quantity and dollar volume to be ordered. Where a contract or purchase order is awarded, the required services are to be provided on an as-needed basis or pre-determined schedule. This is an ALL or NONE Bid.Bidders must bid on each Line Item be considered for an award.Bidders are to complete the Bidder Response Form spreadsheet in its entirety and upload the file to Periscope Holdings bid management site. Please read the INSTRUCTIONS & BID DETAILS included in the Bidder Response Form spreadsheet carefully. Bidders are to enter a value for the "5 Year Extended Total" from Bidder Response Form (Cell: T62) as attached in this ITB.DO NOT include any sales taxes or government-imposed fees as County will calculate these at the time of the award.Bidder(s) must complete, sign, and submit the ITB Bidders Representation and Declaration Submittal Form With Local Preference to be considered for an award.
