KY36PO38-5O1(2O)&(21) The project consists of: Contract A: Concrete Walks, Steps & Railings Contract B: Siding/Soffit/Fascia/Guttering & Entry/Screen Doors Bid Bonds and Performance and Payment Bonds must be secured by a Guaranty or Surety Company listed in the latest issue of U. S. Treasury Circular 570 and shall be within the maximum amount specified for such company in said Circular 570. The "Bid Bond" and the "Performance and Payment Bond" must be issued by a surety company authorized to do business in the state where the project is located, and must be listed in U. S.
