Description

Renovation of a fire / police facility in Prince George, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility.

This is the Phase 2 solicitation following an Invitation to Qualify. Only qualified suppliers have been invited to bid. This project includes interior tenant improvement of partial level 1 and partial level 2 in the RCMP North District Headqua rter in Prince George, BC. Work will be divided into 4 phases. Each phase will require two (2) weeks wait time in betwee n. HVAC upgrade is part of Phase 2. Work in the ceiling can be done in Phase 4 space. Boiler Upgrade should be carried out during non-heating season. Contractor must provide temporary boiler or heating if boiler replacement is being carried out during the heating season.
