Format yyyy-mm-dd 2023-02-28 5:00:00 AM Summary Details City of Prince George has two stockpiles of materials containing asphalt, concrete and gravel debris located on a City land site at the end of Broddy Road. The City invites tenders from qualified contractors to provide all materials, labour and equipment necessary to crush these stockpiles of debris according to the terms and conditions outlined herein. The quantities, for which unit prices are indicated in the Schedule of Prices, are approximate only, and do not constitute a warranty or guarantee by the City as to the actual quantities involved in the Work. Such quantities are to be used for the purpose of comparison of bids and determining the amount of the bonds. The City expressly reserves the right to increase or decrease the quantities during operation and to make reasonable changes, provided such changes do not materially change the intent of the basic contract. In a unit price contract, the amount to be paid to the Contractor will be the product of the actual quantities and the unit prices indicated in the Schedule of Prices. Bidders are advised the City of Prince George has adopted bids&tenders as the electronic mechanism to distribute this Invitation to Tender and accept bids from contractors.
