City of Prince George (the "City") requests Proposals from qualified, certified and experienced Contractors for the provision of traffic flagging and control services at various locations on a nonexclusive, as-needed basis to meet the needs of the City and local RCMP detachments. It is the City's intention to award two (2) to three (3) Contractors and therefore does not guarantee any number of consecutive days for any Work and is unable to guarantee volume of flagging services required as operational requirements are variable. This solicitation may lead to sequential or concurrent negotiations with one or more Proponents offering the most advantageous proposal(s), or to the creation of a Contract without negotiations.
