Renovation of an educational facility in Prince George, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
UNBC is seeking to engage a Construction Manager with the necessary expertise, capacity and resources for the constructability review, construction management, construction, and commissioning of the renovations required for the Northern Baccalaureate Nursing Program (NBNP) located at the Wood Innovation and Design Center (WIDC) in Prince George, BC. UNBC is planning to renovate portions of 2nd and 3rd floors. Faction Projects Inc. is being contracted by UNBC and will provide the Preliminary Architectural design drawings and specifications of the proposed renovations. UNBC is implementing the Project by means of an initial Construction Management Services Contract for Pre-Construction Services (UNBC Contract) that may, at the discretion of UNBC, convert to a CCDC 2-2020 Stipulated Price Contract for Construction (CCDC 2-2020) once design, sub-trade tenders and cost estimation are completed.
