Renovation of an educational facility in New Tazewell, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Claiborne County Board of Education will be accepting sealed bids from qualified contractors for the replacement of 2 Split Heat pumps at Midway Elementary School. Contractors must visit site before submitting bids. Bid submission should include shipping, freight, assembly, and instillation costs. All vendors or contractors will be required to submit their DUNS information with bid documentation. All vendors or contractors must comply with the DAVIS BACON ACT. You may also contact Jake Rowe at jake.rowe@claibornecsd.org regarding any questions. Claiborne County reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids and to waive all irregularities in the receipt/handling of bids. The awarded bidder must be in good standing with the county of Claiborne. Claiborne County assures that no person shall on the grounds of race, color, national origin, or sex, as provided by Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and as amended, and the Civil Rights Restoration Act of 1987 (P.I. 100.259) be excluded from participation in, be denied the benefits of, or be otherwise subjected to discrimination under any program or activity receiving Federal Financial Assistance.
