Site work and new construction of a medical facility in New Tazewell, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the construction of a 945-square-foot medical facility; and for site work for a medical facility.
A. Furnish all labor, materials, and equipment, and perform all work to construct, as specified herein and as shown on the accompanying drawings entitled Claiborne County Health Department Canopy Addition, 620 Davis Drive, New Tazewell, TN 37825. The canopy shall be constructed complete and ready for occupancy except for the items specifically excluded in Work Not Included. B. The work shall include selective demolition, site preparation, building construction, heating, ventilating and air conditioning; electrical work; special equipment as specified; and site improvements as shown and specified. C. Patch any existing work damaged by construction. Construction Services - Claiborne County Health Department 620 Davis Dr. Tazewell, Tn 37879 All Bidders Must Be Licensed Contractors as Required by the Contractors Licensing Act of 1976, as Currently Amended if Bid Price Exceeds $25,000. If Bidding Over $25,000 a 5% Bid Bond is Required.
