Health Department Improvements Claiborne County is Accepting Statements of Qualifications From Firms for Architectural and Engineering Services for Improvements to the Claiborne County Health Department. Services Include Planning, Design, Bid Documents, Construction Oversight and Other A/E Services Required for the Project. Plan Improvements Include: External Metal Awning With Heater, Fans and Electrical Power; and Parking Lot Paving to Facility Drive-through/up Services at the Awning. Claiborne County will negotiate a contract with the A/E firm deemed most qualified to provide services as requested. Claiborne County reserves the right to reject any proposal.
