Project will consist of the replacement of a standard efficiency 15-ton RTU with a new high efficiency unit and associated roof reinforcement. Bid will be awarded, provided all necessary requirements have been met, at the regularly scheduled DeKalb Park District Board of Commissioners Meeting on March 23, 2023. The following pages contain information generated by the WT Group which specify the necessary structural reinforcement as well as the specifications for the new unit. This is an all inclusive project and should take into account all necessary supplies and equipment, including a crane or other means of getting equipment onto the roof. The Park District will submit the proper building permit applications with the City of DeKalb and pay any associated fees. The winning contractor will need to register as a contractor with the City of DeKalb and provide any documentation and/or fees which they may require to do so. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
