The Work includes, but is not necessarily limited to the following: Base Bid - Christa McAuliffe and Prairie Elementary Schools, Indian Woods Middle School, and SM East High School The existing demolition includes removal of existing flooring at all locations shown on the drawings and prep/repair floor slabs - including crack repair - to receive new flooring. In the restrooms, toilet partitions and plumbing fixtures will be removed and replaced to allow new finish installation. The project also consists of new walk-off carpet tile, new rubber tile flooring, new resilient base, new metal flooring transitions, and new resinous flooring/base at restrooms. Some wall repair around fixtures and painting of plumbing walls is included in the scope. Toilet partition reinstallation will include replacement of broken/missing parts prior to installation. Toilets will be replaced, including any rough-in and/or finish components that are broken, missing, or malfunctioning, prior to installation. New multi-user sinks will be provided and installed.
