Site work for a residential development in Bivalve, Maryland. Completed plans call for site work for a residential development.
The locations are as follows: a. 20628 Cove Road, Bivalve Maryland i. See attached older survey, this well may or may not exist at this time b. 20632 Cove Road, Bivalve Maryland 21814 c. 20636 Cove Road, Bivalve Maryland 21814 The work includes two wells and possibly a third that need to be capped off. Each Vendor is responsible for inspecting the site and for reading and being thoroughly familiar with the Specifications requested. The failure or omission of any Vendor to do any of the foregoing will in no way relieve any Vendor from any obligation in respect to its Quote. Wicomico County is seeking bids from qualified Vendors to cap off two (2) or three (3) abandoned wells at a property in Bivalve Maryland, in conformity with the requirements contained herein Bid Documents. Minority vendors are encouraged to compete for award of the solicitation. Questions must be addressed in writing to Wicomico County Purchasing at purchasing@wicomicocounty.org.
