Alameda County Flood Control and Water Conservation District, Zone 7 Water Agency (hereafter referred to as "Agency") desires to hire a qualified and reliable contractor to perform Electrical Power Testing at Hopyard 6 Well and Stoneridge Well, and As-Needed Repair/Testing Services at several locations throughout our system. The Agency will award to the lowest, responsive, and responsible bidder a one-year contract starting July 1, 2023. Deadline for Submission of Written Questions: 2:00 p.m. PT February 9, 2023 Scope of Service 1. Provide technical services and test instruments to perform electrical testing to the various equipment at Hopyard 6 Well and Stoneridge Well using the latest edition of NETA Standard for Maintenance Testing Specifications. Appendix A includes the Bid Form, Test Procedures, and Drawings. 2. Provide testing and repair services as requested by Zone 7 Maintenance Personnel such as equipment replacement, trouble shooting and parts. This should be quoted as additional parts and work. Approval of the Maintenance supervisor is needed prior to start of work. 3. Provide service reports after testing has been completed. 4. Additional Information: a. Testing will take place during normal business hours Monday-Friday, 7:00 am to 3:00 pm, schedule to be coordinated with Zone 7 Maintenance supervisor. b. The Agency will perform all switching and coordinate the outage with PG&E.
