The Contractor shall provide all supervision, labor, materials, equipment, and any other items necessary to respond to sewerage spills involving a Field Response Team (FRT) on existing and future residential homesteads on the Island of Oahu. Responses must occur 24 hours a day to diagnose, contain, and clean up the issue in accordance with State Department of Health Protocol Standards. To be eligible to submit a bid, the Bidder and/or his subcontractors shall possess all required valid State of Hawaii licenses and specialty licenses needed to perform the work for this project. This project is subject to Section 103-55, Hawaii Revised Statutes (HRS), and to the payment of not less than the wages paid to public officers and employees for similar work. There will be no pre-bid conference for this project. Questions regarding this project shall be posted on HIePRO by 2:00 pm, H.S.T, Friday, February 3, 2023. Responses to questions shall be posted on HIePRO by 4:00 pm, H.S.T, Monday, February 6, 2023. DHHL reserves the right to amend the IFB by written addenda, reject any and all bids, or waive any defects in said bids where DHHL deems it is in the best interest of the State.
