Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Norco, California. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The work to be done consists of furnishing all materials, equipment, tools, labor, and incidentals as required by the Plans, Specifications, and Contract Documents for the above stated project. The general items of work to be done hereunder consist of the demolition and removal of the existing playground, demolition and removal of the existing wood fiber chips, demolition and removal of the existing subbase and concrete ramps, relocation of drainage as needed, inspection of drainage and repairs as needed to ensure proper drainage, installation of playground subbase, installation of pour-in-place synthetic surfacing for the playground areas at Pikes Peak Park located at 97 Sixth Street, Norco, CA 92860 as described in the Specifications to the satisfaction and acceptance of the Facilities and Maintenance Director. The City is looking to start the project the week of September 23, 2024 Pursuant to Section 1773 of the Labor Code, the general prevailing wage rates, including the per diem wages applicable to the work, and for holiday and overtime work, including employer payments for health and welfare, pension, vacation, and similar purposes, in the County of Riverside in which the work is to be done, have been determined by the Director of the Department of Industrial Relations, State of California.
