The San Mateo County Parks Department is seeking on-call professional construction, maintenance, and support services to provide as-needed services for various projects through the parks system. Requested services include: 1. Earthwork, Grading, and Paving Services; 2. Class B General Construction Services; 3. Diving and Boat Salvaging Services; 4. Electrical Services; 5. Fencing and Gates Services; 6. Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Services; 7. Homeless Encampment Abatement and Hazardous Material Removal and Disposal Services; 8. Painting Services; 9. Pest Control Services; 10. Playground Surface Repair and Maintenance Services; 11. Plumbing Services; 12. Roofing Services; 13. Septic Tank Services; 14. Tree Removal and Limbing Services; 15. Trucking, Hauling, and Demolition Services; 16. Vegetation Management A Services (forestry, heavy equipment use, & tree management); and 17. Vegetation Management B Services (invasive species control, habitat restoration, & vegetation maintenance).
