The City of Quincy is requesting project specific qualifications and a possible follow-up interview from engineering firms to provide professional wastewater engineering services for the preparation of a Capacity Assessment and updated General Sewer Plan for the Municipal Water Reclamation Facility (MWRF). Registration (Notice of Intent to Submit SOQ) as an engineering firm planning to provide a statement of qualifications must be made to the City by providing the prospective engineering firms name, contact, physical address, phone and email address by February 3, 2023 to the Q1W Program Manager. Questions about the project and the Request Packet must be directed to the Q1W Program Manager no later than February 8, 2023 at 2:00 PM (Pacific Daylight Time). Questions must be submitted in writing by e-mail. Response to questions will be sent to all registered engineering firms by about February 10, 2023. The City reserves the right to reject any or all statements of qualifications and follow-up interviews, waive irregularities in the qualification process, and determine which engineering firm(s), in the Citys judgment, is qualified for a follow-up interview and/or project specific proposal. Engineering firms shall agree and understand that any documents submitted to the City of Quincy for this proposed project is subject to public disclosure in accordance with the Washington State Public Records Act, RCW 42.56 MBE/WBE/DBE firms are encouraged to submit qualifications.
