DESCRIPTION A. Work is to be completed as described in the construction documents. In general. work consists of a new addition on the north side of the existing clinic and renovation of the north end of the hospital A new canopy and clinic entrance will be constructed in this project along with associated parking. BP 1 - General Construction & Sitework BP 2 - Fire Protection BP 3 - Mechanical BP 4 - Electrical 9 BID SECURITY A. All bids must be accompanied by bid security payable to the Owner in an amount equal to at least 5% of the highest total amount including any alternatives. as provided in the Bidding Document. WITHDRAWAL A. Bids may not be withdrawn prior to 60 calendar days after actual date of opening Bids. REJECTION A. Owner shall have the right to reject any or all Bids. reject a Bid not accompanied by a required bid security or by other data required by Bidding Documents. or reject a Bid that is in any way incomplete or irregular.
