Renovation of a municipal facility in West Jordan, Utah. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
West Jordan City is seeking bids from pre-qualified contractors to remove and replace the existing air handling unit. Provide with fan array, boiler system, air cooled DX system. See the construction documents for additional information. Also, rebalance the existing system. This is stage two of the process. The following Stage One Bidders are advanced and may submit their Stage Two low bids. Combustion and Control Service, Commercial Mechanical System and Service, Kemp & Hilton, KOH Mechanical Contractors Rocky Mountain Mechanical Questions arising subsequent to the issuance of this bid, that could have a significant impact on the responses to the bid, should be submitted in the bid Question and Answer section Event Number # WJPS23018201-Stage Two, at the online. All such questions should be received by February 17, 2023, at 10:00 a.m. MST. Answers to questions will be posted on the Utah Public Procurement Place which will then email the answer to all Vendors that downloaded the bid.
