The South Valley Water Reclamation Facility is inviting all interested parties to submit sealed bids for the procurement of goods and services for the 2023 Diesel Fuel Tank Procurement. Bid Documents The Goods and Services are generally described as follows: The supply and delivery of one 8000 gallon diesel fuel tank with all appurtenances and accessories as described in the Bid Documents in accordance with the Contract Documents and applicable law All Bidders must include a Bid Bond in the amount of 5% of the total Bid Price submitted. n the rights to reject any or all nonconforming, nonresponsive, or conditional Bids, and to reject the Bid of any Bidder if Owner believes that it would not be in the best interest of Owner to make an award to that Bidder. Owner also reserves the right to waive formalities. If the Contract is to be awarded, Owner will give the Successful Bidder a Notice of Award within the number of days set forth in the Bid Documents.
